Cosyworker Payment & Distance Service Agreements

1.1 Parties • Service Provider: Kudret Yılmaz (Istanbul, Turkey) • User: Natural person who downloads the Cosyworker application 1.2 Scope This agreement regulates pricing, payment, cancellation and refund processes related to one-time in-app purchases (donations, promotion packages) offered through the Cosyworker application. 1.3 Payment and Commissions • Payment processing is carried out through App Store and Play Store infrastructure. • App developer commission and store commission rates are subject to relevant store policies. 1.4 Invoice and Taxation • When the purchase transaction is completed, an invoice prepared by the relevant store is sent to the user. • Tax obligations are automatically fulfilled according to the tax legislation of the store where the transaction is made. 1.5 Cancellation and Refund Policy • App Store/Play Store refund and cancellation policies apply for one-time in-app purchases. • Users can apply for refunds using store refund request processes. • Since there is no automatic renewal (subscription), there is no renewal or subscription cancellation procedure. 1.6 Support and Communication • For payment issues or invoice requests: [email protected] or in-app "Contact Us".

2.1 Parties • Service Provider (Seller): Kudret Yılmaz (Istanbul, Turkey) • Buyer: Natural person using the Cosyworker application 2.2 Subject and Scope This agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding promotion packages and donation transactions that the Buyer purchases remotely through the Cosyworker application. 2.3 Order Process 1. Buyer selects package/donation amount from the in-app purchase page. 2. Payment is completed through App Store/Play Store. 3. Purchase transaction confirmation is communicated to the Buyer via email or in-app notification. 2.4 Right of Withdrawal • The Buyer has the right of withdrawal from service purchase transactions in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the establishment of the contract for the service. • Withdrawal request must be made in writing to [email protected] or through the in-app "Contact Us" section. • In case of withdrawal, the paid amount is refunded to the Buyer within 14 days following receipt of the request. 2.5 Contract Commencement and Effectiveness • This contract comes into effect when the Buyer confirms the in-app purchase transaction. 2.6 Application Delivery and Access • The service is in the nature of digital content and is provided instantly via email or in-app access. • Since the delivered digital content is irreversible, the right of withdrawal is reserved but physical content return is not applicable. 2.7 Communication • For questions regarding contract and withdrawal processes: [email protected] or in-app "Contact Us".
